The Code 613.1 Raman Lidar Group's instruments (SRL, RASL, and others) were designed, constructed and are maintained at Goddard Space Flight Center, Greenbelt, Maryland. The upgrading, operation and analysis of the data from the system is a collaborative effort between NASA/GSFC, UMBC and industry partners.
